HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION

The Kingwood HOA consist of volunteers who live in the community. Our sole purpose is to protect the quality of life in the neighborhood. As an HOA, we do our best to adhere to the terms of our governing documents. A copy of the Kingwood HOA covenents and regulations can be found on the left side of the home page. Timmons Properties, a management company, has been hired to assist in our effort to maintain a high standard of living in the community and to monitor our financial needs.
