Welcome HOA Members! We're pleased to announce that the annual pool season is beginning with a brand new fence and gate/lock for your security.

The HOA Board will be passing out new pool keys again this year at the clubhouse. The pool will open Friday May 27th. A Board member will be at the clubhouse on the following dates and times

May 14th……………..10 am-12 noon
May 21st……………….10 am- 12 noon

After these dates, you may pick up your key in person at Timmons Properties in Nashville, TN. We are not mailing keys to those who fail to pick them up on the two pickup dates, you will have to drive into Nashville to get your pool key.

******PLEASE NOTE*****
Homeowner dues must be up to date by May 13th to receive a pool key. No payments can be accepted at the clubhouse.
